He has sired all pinto foals so far and he will be tested for homozygous Tobiano pinto - meaning that he has two and would pass on one tobiano spot gene to his foals so that they will be "painted ponies".

This fantastic stallion is a son of Raven Of Bird Haven (ASPC - Halter HOF. HOF Double Superior Sire, National Champion Classic Halter. Owned by Wilkinson Pony Farm,) and All that Sparkle n' Flash (2006 ASPC Hall of Fame - Superior Dam, owned by Verba Shetlands).

He has been shown and has his Halter HOF (Hall of Fame - American Shetland Pony Club). "Iggy" himself is a sweetheart to work with and very much people oriented. While all of our ponies get worked with and are good ponies, he's a little different in that he will come just hang out with you - even with no treats or after a hard workout! We are working on harness and some in-hand training - we are taking some individual lessons to bring us up to par. Then, we'll see if we can make it to some shows - both local and Shetland.

"Iggy" sires show quailty foals with gorgeous heads and balanced bodies with good conformation and excellent temperments. "Iggy" has sired 14 Tobiano pinto foals of which 7 are fillies and 7 are colts. 2 more foals are due in 2007. "Magic" was bred in May and appears to be in foal to him for April 2008. We decided against doing an ultrasound on her at this time.
